We work with both. To help buyers in this market, you need to also work with sellers to see what sellers are wanting to see in offers from buyers. Likewise, to help sellers you need to work with buyers to learn what buyers are looking for in a property for sale.

How long does it take to build?

This question has a varying answer. It depends on your floor plan, site, area, permits required and ultimately the weather. We like to say on average a typical build is 5 months for new construction residential.

How can I get a quote to build and how long does it take to receive it?

If you have your plans already, we can provide a quote within 2 weeks. If you do not have a floor plan selected, it is much harder to give an accurate estimate/bid without the architect’s floor plan.

Can I use you as a builder if I have my own land?

Can I do any sweat equity such as painting?

You are welcome to do this, but it can not affect the timeline or process of build by delaying or it costs more to finish. Remember, time is money.

What floor plans can you build? 

We can build any floor plan that we already have or a new one that you choose.

Do you have floor plans you have built that we can see?

How do I schedule a consultation to list my property, buy a property or get an estimate to build?

Use the Contact us button on this site, send us an email or a text message. All consultations are free for real estate and construction. Consultations for construction/build are first hour free, then the time spent with potential clients will be billed by the hour until contract is signed.

Can you find us a lot or land to build on?

We are more than happy to help you find land. We often have land to build on ourselves, so always ask us for assistance in this process.
